Processing time
Every Miro tracker set is assembled and tested by hand in the UK. Orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship from Liverpool, United Kingdom, to the UK, the European Union, the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Japan and a range of other countries. Available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.
Shipping costs
- United Kingdom: £5.99, or free on orders over £50
- European Union: £14.99
- Rest of world: £23.99
Estimated delivery times
- United Kingdom: 3-10 working days
- European Union: 5-12 working days
- Rest of world: 5-15 working days
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs checks or carrier delays.
Duties and import taxes
For international orders, any import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, and you won't be asked to pay extra fees on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for additional charges on a prepaid order, please don't pay them and contact us at spiro@spiro.ooo straight away.
Batteries
Our trackers contain lithium batteries, so some express or air services may not be available for every destination.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at spiro@spiro.ooo with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
